About the event
A 4-week running plan focused on maximizing your 5k for a Turkey Trot during Thanksgiving week. Over these 4 weeks, Jordan will put together a training plan that involves drills, workouts, core, and advice to enable any runner to succeed in their best 5k. Signing up for this training plan will give runners of any level the ability to learn and train with Jordan Hasay. Through accountability, virtual groups, videos, and detailed daily workout plans, we will remove all decision fatigue from your daily fitness schedule!
The plan includes:
- Daily workouts (warmup, main workout breakdown, cool down, core, stretches, etc) to help you build toward race day
- Tips and advice for specific workouts and racing
- Access to sport-specific partner discounts
What do the bundles include? Our bundles are meant to squeeze as much performance out of these 6 weeks. They can include:
- Live Workouts led by Jordan Hasay
- Weekly pre-recorded videos explaining drills/exercises
- 30min 1-on-1 with Jordan
- 4-week plan
Every Sunday, you will receive an email for that week's training plan.
