Join Olympic Triathlete Joe Maloy for a comprehensive 6-week training plan designed to enhance your overall swim, bike, and run abilities. This program is tailored to provide you with the same high-quality training you would receive at an in-person camp, but within the comfort of your own training environment. Throughout the 6 weeks, you will concentrate on enhancing your swimming speed, fine-tuning your cycling efficiency, and running intelligently during training. This program prioritizes quality training to help you achieve your desired performance and become a better triathlete.
This comprehensive training plan includes a range of valuable features to help you reach your full potential, including:
- Daily workouts that are specifically designed to enhance your performance in a 200m swim time trial, a 3km running time trial, and improve your overall cycling efficiency over long distances
- Comprehensive strength training and flexibility exercises to help you optimize your physical performance and reduce the risk of injuries
- Weekly focuses and goals to keep you motivated and on track with your training plan
- Live Q&A sessions with Joe Maloy and other members of the community, giving you the opportunity to stay connected, ask questions and get expert advice throughout the program.
