About the Event
The DEAR program will prepare you for your strongest 10 minutes of rowing or running. This training plan gives you the freedom and flexibility to still do all of the things you not only need to do this summer but also want to do, all while looking and feeling your best!
5 Week Training Overview:
Week 1: 5 x 8 min workouts
Week 2: 5 x 10 min workouts
Week 3: 5 x 10 min workouts
Week 4: 5 x 12 min workouts
Week 5: Final prep taper week/10 minute fitness challenge!
The DEAR training plan is adaptable to any fitness level. If you’re looking for longer workouts, we can double, triple, or even quadruple times with the goal of having you test for your 10-minute personal best at the end of week 5.
DEAR is for people of all ages! However, if you are under 18, you’ll need to get approval from a parent or guardian.
Run or Row? You decide! It’s completely up to you. Whether you row or run, you can use any equipment you’d like for these activities, or even venture outdoors. I’ll work with you to help you make the most out of your time and equipment.
