About the event

The holidays and the end of the year are closing in on us, which usually means more stress and less time to work out. This holiday season, we want YOU to commit to the hard work you have put in this past year. Between Thanksgiving and New Year, we are stepping it up with a 4-week plan over 5 weeks that will help you stay active and motivated. You can choose either a Rowing or Running based plan.

The plan includes: 

  • 4 weeks of daily prescribed workouts (warmup, main workout, cool down, stretches, core, strength, cross training)
  • 2 live workouts and 2 pre-recorded workouts (core, strength, mobility, stretching)
  • Weekly workout challenges
  • Community Facebook group

You will be able to choose a week off to help you stay committed!
