Kate is a competitive swimmer and professional Triathlete from Nevada. A blazing fast sprinter, she won 4 straight freestyle 3A State Championships in high school. Kate went on to attend the University of Nevada, Reno where she transitioned into Triathlon competing on the ITU circuit with the Collegiate Recruitment Program. In August, 2020 Kate completed her childhood dream of swimming across Lake Tahoe. Having been severely injured when hit by a truck while cycling, Kate understands the process of rehabilitative training firsthand and is the ideal coach for those recovering from injury.

Jack Bolas
Running
Jack is a professional middle-distance runner who specializes in the mile. He competed for the United States at the 2014 Pan American Sports Festival where he ran in the men's 1500 meters. He was an All-American Cross Country and Track athlete at the University of Wisconsin-Madison before turning Pro in 2010. He qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials in 2008, 2012, and 2016 in the 1500m and has broken the 4-minute mile (or 1500m equivalent) for eight straight years from 2008-2015. He graduated with an MBA from the University of North Carolina and moved to Seattle, WA. Jack loves the outdoors and everything from amateur mountaineering to cycling to ultimate frisbee.

This 2x All American ranked 18th in the World Women’s Indoor 600m, Her PR’s include a 3:03.05 800m, 4:39 mile and 18:15 5k. Born in West Palm Beach, Florida, Michelle obtained her BS in Geography and MBA in Consumer Goods and Services from Jacksonville University. Currently located in Washington, DC, Michelle works as a full time coach. Outside of running, she has a passion for writing, travel, and learning about other cultures through food.

Kevin won the 2018 Portland Track Festival 10,000m in a USA Outdoor Track Championships with a qualifying time of 28:32. He also qualified for the 2020 Olympic Marathon Trials by running 63:55 at the Houston Half Marathon in January 2019. A standout cross country and track runner at Ottumwa HS, as well as class valedictorian, he went on to earn his BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Iowa where he was a 7 time conference winner and 2011 Drake Relays Champion in 2011. Today Kevin resides in Richfield, MN where he trains with Minnesota Elite.

Nico is a distance runner and a 2020 Olympic Marathon trials qualifier. Erika is a triathlete ranked in the top 100 in the world on the ITU Circuit. A graduate from the University of Montana, she was the top US finisher at the International Triathlon Union Under-23 Triathlon World Championships in Lausanne, Switzerland. While attending UM, Erika was crowned National Champion of the combined category at the National Collegiate Club Triathlon Championships in Clemson, South Carolina. The Montana native grew up with a love for exercising in the great outdoors.

Originally from Denver, she trains in Boulder, CO with the Roots Running Project. Jen is a Certified Personal Trainer and a group fitness instructor and pro runner. She lIkes good coffee and good beer and is dedicated to helping others reach their fitness goals.

Kelly Conheeney

Kelly is a former professional soccer player who played as a midfielder. A native of NJ, Conheeney played soccer at Ridgewood HS and then Virginia Tech where she earned her bachelors in Communication, Electronic and Print Journalism. In 2016, Kelly made the opening day roster for Sky Blue FC Professional Soccer Team and scored the game-winning goal in the first game of the 2016 NWSL season. She went on to play Professional women’s soccer in Stockholm Sweden with Hammarby IP. Competing at the highest level has taught Kelly how to overcome adversity. She is on a constant mission to better herself and is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.

Lanni is a professional Canadian long distance runner from London, Ontario. On October 20th, 2013, she set the Canadian women's marathon record at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon, beating the 28-year-old national record by running it in 2:28:00. She loves to share her knowledge about maximizing training at home, on the road and coming back from an injury. She is a 2016 Rio Olympian (10k and Marathon), the 2015 Bronze Medalist at Pan Am Games and currently training for Tokyo. She currently is a Pro Runner for Under Armour.

She is a 2019 Pan American Games bronze and silver medalist. Maggie's hobbies include reading, cooking and spending time outdoors. James is an endurance track cyclist and road racing cyclist who competed for the Shaklee and Health Net-Maxxis professional teams. A 19-time Northern California/Nevada State Champion Elite and 13-time U.S. National Championship Medalist, James ranked 5th in the 2000 United States Olympic Team Trials Team Sprint. A California native born in Palo Alto, he graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz and pursued a Ph.D in philosophy at DePaul University. James resides today in Northern California with his wife and son, retired from the competitive cycling circuit and works as a fiction, nonfiction, and screenplay writer.

Growing up in Baltimore City, Jen had a love of music, soccer, basketball, lacrosse and ballet, but found a true passion for sweep rowing after attending the US National Development camp her senior year of High School. An international competitor, Forbes won a bronze medal in the Women’s Eight during the 2011 U23 World Rowing Championship. She holds a degree in Environmental Science from Northeastern with a focus on marine science. A Certified Diver, Jen has a passion for global and environmental health change. She is a member of the November Project, trains and coaches at Craftsbury in VT where she also enjoys cross country skiing, and is a Certified Yoga Instructor. Jen has extensive coaching experience with rowers of all ages and skill levels and enjoys sharing her knowledge in sessions on and off the water.

Inika is an American Olympic track and field athlete specializing in the high jump. She was the 2013 and 2014 US Indoor champion before representing the U.S. in Rio. She also won the women's high jump at the 2014 USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships by clearing 2.00 m for the first time. Outside of her own training, she personal trains and coaches. She can jump 6’5 which is a foot taller than she is! She is currently training for Tokyo 2021.

Based out of Ontario, Canada, Corey is a fantastic all around athlete and he holds the World Beer Mile record in an unbelievable time of 4:33. No matter where Kent ends up training, he is always cheering on his hometown Tarheels. Graduating from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA with a degree in Physics, he became a 2 x All American and National Champion in the Steeplechase in 2011. He continued training post college and competed at the USA Championships in 2017. One of the most fun people who will also kick your butt in any run or core workout. Find Kent in San Diego always challenging himself and the people he surrounds himself with.

He has spent 17 years as a High school track coach and a part of the Georgetown Track & Field Hall of Fame. Peter Sherry is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and a member of the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals as well so he knows everything needed for ultimate caring and protection for the body.

Haleigh is a USA National Team Volleyball star. The 6’3” Middle grew up in Colorado Springs and graduated from Penn State. Haleigh helped lead the University Team to the NCAA Division I Tournament Title as a freshman and was named Big Ten Freshman of the Year hitting .463 for the season. Senior year her hitting efficiency of .492 earned her the 3rd best single season percentage in NCAA history. She earned Gold at the 2018 Pan American Cup and started all 3 matches of the 2019 Tokyo Qualification Tournament in which Team USA secured it’s bid into the 2020 Olympic games. Haleigh currently trains in Anaheim, CA. Off the court, her life-long love of literature and learning guarantees you’re likely to find her with a book in hand.

Iana is a world-class Olympic Rower. A member of the Ukranian Olympic National Team for 17 years and 3x Olympian, she won the gold medal in the quadruple sculls event at the 2012 Summer Olympics. She is also a World and European Champion in the quadruple sculls, as well as a European Champion in the double sculls. She was an assistant head coach for 2 years with the Ukrainian National Team. Iana then coached kids 13-17 years old, many who were winners and took a podium in national championships in their age groups. She holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology and resides and coaches in Providence, RI.
