Fuel to Improve is a 4-week rowing training plan designed by Pro Nick Karwoski that will assess your current limit and learn about how to properly fuel for your best performance with Pro and Registered Dietitian Eleanor Baker (MS, RD, LDN.)

  • 4-week rowing specific training program (daily warmup, rowing workout, cool down + core/bodyweight conditioning)
