It’s time to test yourself after months of workouts and improving performances gradually. Most training plans are based on your 2k time which helps pin down exact splits for you to row at during your training blocks. 2000m or 2k is the world standard for indoor rowing similar to the mile in track & field terms. Test yourself at the highest intensity.

We will also provide a reference sheet to help you choose a goal time/split for race day.
